My brother has the greatest heart around & can’t resist any residing creature.
When he told me that he wanted to volunteer at the local creature shelter I knew it wouldn’t be long before he brought condo a modern friend, however boy was I relieved when it was a puppy & not a lizard or something.
Anyway, this puppy is an eight week old shepard mix & he named him Oscar. He is cute as can be however there is one immense concern that he didn’t consider. She has no a/c in his condo & he was going to be cooped up there all day while he was at work. At times his place get up to eighty five degrees & he doesn’t live where he can just leave the windows open. It isn’t the best town & that was the other reason he wanted the pet. My buddy and I started looking for solutions online to the concern & found that they make personal cooling devices that can be blocked in without a vent. They are basically small swamp coolers that use evaporation to cool a space. They aren’t undoubtedly powerful but, if he blocked it in next to Oscar’s crate, it would keep him comfortable while he was away. My buddy and I ordered it from a website & it should be here in a couple of days. In the meantime I will be stopping by to take Oscar for a walk & giving him a cool drink a couple of times a day. I don’t mind because he easily is undoubtedly cute & loveable too.
