We are having a terrible time with allergies this year.
I have talked to several different people at work and at church and they all say the same thing.
The allergens around here this year are on a whole new level for some reason or another. I guess the trees and the plants and flowers are just having a great year for pollen for some reason! Whatever the reason is, I am just not happy about it. I hate the fact that I am constantly coughing and wheezing, all because of the fact that the pollen count is so high. It makes me want to stay inside all the time, even though the weather outside is so nice. The hot weather doesn’t last very long around here and I feel like I’m wasting it inside of the house all summer! The bad thing about it is that the indoor air quality inside of the house is not really any better than being outside of the house right in the pollen filled air. That’s because I really need to invest in some new allergy reducing air filters for the house. A friend of mine told me about these allergy reducing air filters, but I have not gotten around to purchasing any for our house yet. I know that I need to, but I haven’t made it to the home improvement store any time lately. I know that it will probably help us to have that kind of air filter, so I need to just make the time to go and do it.
