My family lives in an part of the country that experiences severe winter season weather almost all year round.
I feel our first snowstorm last year happened in July which is pretty crazy! I know most sites that experience such frigid weather have nice summer time weather to balance it out! However, in the part that my buddy and I live in that is not the case.
I feel in July the high got to 74° as well as that only lasted for a few hours. So to say my buddy and I have to be on top of keeping our furnace maintained is an understatement… The last thing my buddy and I want is to have a major snowstorm as well as have our furnace stop toiling. Thankfully my hubby works for the local Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company in town as well as my buddy and I get a great discount on repair services. The superb news is if there is ever a major issue my hubby should be able to fix it, but he doesn’t constantly have the parts he needs. I’m legitimately cheerful that my buddy and I decided to take such superb care of our furnace because now my buddy and I have small teenagers it’s pressing to keep the cabin overheated during these frigid winter season months. My hubby as well as I would be just great if my buddy and I lost power as well as couldn’t use our furnace, but I don’t feel the teenagers would fare that well. And my buddy and I don’t want to make sure that our teenagers are taken care of above anything else.
