All this moving around really helps the two of us know what my associate and I do & don’t want when my associate and I are finally ready to settle down & buy our own house, every dwelling has its up & down sides
My hubby & I move a lot with his job. While looking for houses to rent in a modern town, the first thing I look for is central heating & a/c. I grew up with space boilers & window a/cs, & the first site my hubby & I rented had space boilers & a window unit, however then my associate and I were introduced to central HVAC & my associate and I will never go back, and gone are the days of sleeping on the floor in the family room in the Summer in order to stay cool near the a/c. And, my associate and I will never huddle around a space boiler again just trying to stay warm. With an HVAC system, the whole dwelling stays cool when the a/c is on & moderate when the boiler is on. There is little to no temperature gradient & no need to stand next to the vents in order to feel the comfortable air. That is why central heating & a/c is a must from now on for any dwelling that my associate and I rent. All this moving around really helps the two of us know what my associate and I do & don’t want when my associate and I are finally ready to settle down & buy our own house, every dwelling has its up & down sides. My pal and I make a mental note of things my associate and I do & do not like about each house. When my associate and I do buy our own site, it is going to have to be perfect. It is also going to have to have a really superb & quiet HVAC system, obviously.
