I am starting to know it is not going to toil out with my bestie.
It is the little things that are getting to me, but like that he borrows my truck & returns it with an empty gas tank, then he also eats the last of the cereal & leaves the empty box on top of the refrigerator instead of throwing it away, but the last straw was what he has been doing to my air conditioner & furnaces.
Lately there has been a burned wood odor whenever I turn on the cooling system. I ignored it for a while but now the cooling system makes this squeaking noise whenever it turns on. So I finally called out an air conditioner supplier to repair it. They were laboring in the utility closet for several minutes before one of the air conditioner specialists came out & showed me a handful of colored pencil shaving. He said my kid must be dumping them in the vent. That is what is causing the odor & the noise. Apparently these pencil shavings are all worked into my system now & it needs a thorough cleaning & so does the HVAC duct. The thing is that I don’t have a kid. Neither does my bestie, thank God. However, my bestie does like to color in those intricate coloring books & his desk is right next to an Heating and A/C vent. I went over & looked & there is some pencil shaving on top of the vent cover. Based on how several shaving the specialists found I must believe this wasn’t an accident, then my bestie must be dumping his pencil shaving in my HVAC duct intentionally. I guess he is too lazy to walk to the trash can. I say enough is enough. Time for his to go.
