Zoned Heating in addition to A/C is all about practicality

I easily want to get zoned Heating in addition to A/C for this seasoned house, but my fantastic friend and I have lived here for over 6 years now plus my friend and I are never comfortable, but to beginning with, it is consistently way hotter upstairs than it is downstairs.

There is about 10 degrees difference in temperature! I know that hot air rises! But I easily would like for it to be comfortable both downstairs plus upstairs at the same time.

I suppose that a zoned Heating in addition to A/C system would be able to help with that, then another issue I think zoned Heating in addition to A/C would be able to help with is our high electric bill. I was looking at energy saving tips for Heating in addition to A/C plus I discovered that it is advocated that you turn the temperature controls down in rooms that aren’t being used. It is not advocated that you close off the vents entirely, however, you can make it around 76 degrees in the Summer plus 56 degrees in the winter season in rooms you aren’t using. My fantastic friend and I have 2 rooms my friend and I don’t use in this house; One is mostly just storage plus the other my friend and I use whenever my friend and I have guests. My fantastic friend and I only have guests once or twice a year, then so if my friend and I got a zoned Heating in addition to A/C for the home then my friend and I could set the upstairs to a comfortable temperature, the downstairs to a comfortable temperature, plus the unused room to energy saving temperatures. It would be perfect, and now I just need to convince my hubby that a zoned Heating in addition to A/C system would entirely save us currency in the long run. He doesn’t like spending currency for comfort. It has to be for practical reasons. Trust me, I can help him understand that zoned Heating in addition to A/C is all about practicality.
