I am easily grateful for the a/c company that my mom uses.
- She is getting a bit forgetful in his seasoned age.
She forgets things he used to know. That is why I am the one who takes care of all of his expenses now. As a side note, my number is on most of his bills. On Sunday I got a call from my mom’s a/c company double checking if I wanted them to go plus replace the batteries in his temperature control. At first I was easily confused until the cooling representative explained that my mom had called them twice over the last 2 afternoons telling them that his temperature control didn’t work. The representative walked his through changing the batteries both times. They just wanted to know if I would like for them to go change the batteries in the temperature control for my mom since he didn’t seem to understand the issue. I thanked them for the call but told them “no”. I would go change the batteries myself. I don’t need to spend money a service fee for something as easy as that. I am just grateful that the a/c company is honest plus is also looking out for my mom. They could have come out both afternoons plus charged us plus I wouldn’t have been able to dispute the charges. I easily wouldn’t even have known that they were taking advantage of an seasoned man. Instead, they called me up. I easily enjoy that. And, yes, I did change the batteries in the temperature control so my mom’s a/c works nice now.
