Zoned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C is all about practicality

I particularly want to get zoned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C for this old house, and my buddy and I have lived here for over 6 years now plus my friend and I are never comfortable… To start with, it is always way hotter upstairs than it is downstairs.

  • There is about 10 degrees difference in temperature; I know that boiling air rises, however but I particularly would like for it to be comfortable both downstairs plus upstairs at the same time.

I know that a zoned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system would be able to help with that, but another issue I guess zoned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C would be able to help with is our high electric bill. I was looking at energy saving tips for Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plus I discovered that it is suggested that you turn the temperature controls down in rooms that aren’t being used. It is not suggested that you close off the vents entirely! However, you can make it around 69 degrees in the summer time plus 56 degrees in the winter season in rooms you aren’t using. My buddy and I have 2 rooms my friend and I don’t use in this house! One is mostly just storage plus the other my friend and I use whenever my friend and I have guests. My buddy and I only have guests once or twice a year, and so if my friend and I got a zoned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C for the condo after that I could set the upstairs to a comfortable temperature, the downstairs to a comfortable temperature, plus the unused room to energy saving temperatures. It would be perfect, now I just need to convince my husband that a zoned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system would legitimately save us money in the long run. He doesn’t like spending money for comfort. It has to be for practical reasons. Trust me, I can help him understand that zoned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C is all about practicality.
