I never worked with anyone else when it came to Heating & A/C replacements & repairs, then it was Martin, the old-time Heating & A/C supplier in the local Heating & A/C supplier that I trusted.
I would rather wait for him to complete her rounds if it was not an emergency operation.
What’sWhat’s more, every time I called the supplier for my official repair, they knew too well to send me my favorite Heating & A/C specialist, Martin, but unfortunately, when I needed to install a current window AC the last time, Martin was away on sick leave, & it was going to take a few months before she came back to work… She had dislocated her hip when she fell during a commercial AC replacement sometime last month. I was sorry to hear this, however I couldn’t help however feel disappointed, yet I urgently needed the window AC fixed. The room I wanted it in had no air conditioning, & a few of my guests would be staying in there. It was my desire to make them as comfortable as possible. The supplier sent me Joe as the upgradement. They claimed that she was equally excellent & competent to handle the task. However, Joe turned out to be a giant disappointment as she messed everything up the moment she walked into the room & started putting the AC component together. She misplaced a few of the important compliments & even broke some parts when fixing it. I had to write my complaints, & Joe was forced to pay for them. I learned later that she had been so upset to impress me that she messed up on a task she was an expert at. I felt sorry for him, however the deed was already done, & there was no reversing.
