I had to write my complaints, and Joe was forced to pay for them
I never worked with anyone else when it came to Heating, Ventilation & A/C upgrades and repairs… It was Martin, the old-time Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist in the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier that I trusted. I would rather wait for him to complete his rounds if it was not an emergency operation, what’sWhat’s more, every time I called the company for my usual maintenance, they knew too well to send me my number one Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist, Martin! Unblessedly, when I needed to install a modern window AC the last time, Martin was away on sick leave, and it was going to take a few months before he came back to work, and he had dislocated his hip when he fell while in a commercial AC upgrade sometime last month. I was sorry to hear this, however I could not help however feel disappointed, yet I urgently needed the window AC fixed. The room I wanted it in had no a/c, and a few of my guests would be staying in there. It was my desire to make them as comfortable as possible. The company sent me Joe as the updatement. They claimed that he was equally excellent and competent to handle the job. However, Joe turned out to be a large disappointment as he messed everything up the moment he walked into the room and started putting the AC unit together. He misplaced a few of the crucial compliments and even broke some parts when fixing it. I had to write my complaints, and Joe was forced to pay for them. I learned later that he had been so worried to impress me that he messed up on a job he was an expert at. I felt sorry for him, however the deed was already done, and there was no reversing.
