I never worked with anyone else when it came to Heating, Ventilation & A/C upgrades plus repairs; It was Martin, the old-time Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional in the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor that I trusted. I would rather wait for him to complete his rounds if it was not an emergency operation, then what’sWhat’s more, every time I called the company for my correct repair, they knew too well to send me my favorite Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist, Martin. Unfortunately, when I needed to install a new window A/C the last time, Martin was away on sick leave, plus it was going to take a few months before he came back to work, he had dislocated his hip when he fell during a commercial A/C upgrade sometime last month. I was sorry to hear this, even though I could not help but feel disappointed, yet I urgently needed the window A/C fixed, the room I wanted it in had no a/c, plus a few of my guests would be staying in there. It was my desire to make them as comfortable as possible. The company sent me Joe as the updatement. They claimed that he was equally excellent plus competent to handle the job. However, Joe turned out to be a big disappointment as he messed everything up the moment he walked into the room plus started putting the A/C unit together. He misplaced a few of the pressing compliments plus even broke some parts when fixing it. I had to write my complaints, plus Joe was forced to pay for them. I learned later that he had been so distraught to impress me that he messed up on a job he was an expert at. I felt sorry for him, but the deed was already done, plus there was no reversing.
