I swear that things go wrong while in the worst times.
I have had the same car for over ten years now, and I adore it. I bought it when it was about three years old, and it has really been a great little car for me. It does great on gas mileage, and it has not had any complications until now. Last month started the whole downhill process. It started with the transmission. It was having trouble, so I found a transmission at a junkyard for only $100 and put it in my car. It is doing great now, however three days ago, I was driving to work when I noticed that the heat in my car was not working. I have never had any trouble with my heater. It has consistently done a great task keeping me warm. I actually have not had any Heating, Ventilation, and A/C complications with my car until now. I do not know anything about electric work or the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems in cars, so I do not even know where to start. I called a few mechanics in my area, and they all gave me their prices. I cannot feel how extravagant it will be to get my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system fixed. I am debating on just selling the car and buying a up-to-date one. It will cost more money in the end, however at least I will have a up-to-date vehicle. My Mom is a pretty good backyard mechanic, and he said that he would be willing to take a look at it for me even though Heating, Ventilation, and A/C work is his least number one. If my Mom cannot figure out how to service it then I will really just get a up-to-date car.
