My husband and I now have three cats, but when my buddy and I first got married, I told him that I never wanted any pets in the house. I was good with having an outside cat, but he was never to come inside. Well, my buddy and I ended up getting a female cat, and she stayed outside until she gave birth to five adorable puppies. It was a little freezing outside when she gave birth, so I decided to bring her and her pups inside, she never ended up going back outside after that. She became an inside cat, and so did one of her little puppies that my buddy and I kept for ourselves. When our kid turned seven years old, he wanted a puppy. I was genuinely hesitant at first, but he convinced me. Now, my buddy and I have three cats in the house, and it is crazy. I enjoy them all, but they can be a handful at times. One of my cats chewed the cord to my preferred space heater just a few days ago, and I am still frustrated about it. Our house does not stay genuinely warm in the wintertime if my buddy and I just run the heater and nothing else, so my buddy and I have a couple of space heaters that my buddy and I use to help keep it warm. My husband and I had one in our living room, and it was my preferred space heater. It was entirely our newest one as well. I had just bought it last winter. I usually close the door to our living room so that the cats cannot get in there to chew anything, even though I forgot one day, and they got in there and chewed my bad space heater. Now, I have to see if I can find the same exact space heater because I loved it so much.
