My boiler is really charming… I’m so blissful that I decided to switch & get a modern heater! Last year was when I switched over to a brand modern boiler after living in the same home for three decades.
- My fiance & I bought this home is a retirement home all these years ago & it is the condo of our dreams; So as you can imagine, we do not plan on going somewhere, the only negative was that most of the appliances were outdated & would need to be replaced, we had the heating A/C system completely replaced when we first moved in however that was a long time ago, now I had to go & replace the heating & A/C system again.
I had replaced the heating & cooling system last year & so it should be fine for hopefully, if I’m lucky another 20 years. I must say that this furnace is much better than my seasoned one. My seasoned one would frequently not he’s a condo as much as it should have. I thought that maybe there was something wrong with the HVAC duct, that maybe there was leaking in somewhere & that is allowing overheated air to escape… But it wasn’t the case. It’s just that the boiler that I had in previously wasn’t very efficient & it did not take long before it became seasoned & not functional. It has gotten to a point where the costs of repairs just were not worth keeping it. thankfully ever since we have had the upgrade we haven’t had any kind of complications.
