I love to watch a lot of different videos online, mostly educational stuff cause I’m consistently trying new things; However recently the ads have gotten out of control, it used to be right there just being an ad that would be someplace from 20 to 30 seconds at the beginning of the video. Some of these ads were shorter only around 10 seconds and they were skippable. Then ads were placed in the middle of the video. Sporadically there is as numerous as five ads in a single video. Watching anything online was becoming more and more like seeing TV. Although I think the most frustrating part is the ads that follow you around, I cannot stand ads that follow me around the entire internet and this is exactly what I have been having happened to me. I was searching for a new air filter and so I was looking at different air filters on the websites of some heating and AC dealers. Some of the things I looked at were some HEPA filters, a UV light filter, and a couple of different brands of standing air cleaners. I still have not made it out of my mind that’s what I’m going to get but now everywhere I go on the internet I have these Heating and cooling ads that are popping up everywhere. They’re even in the YouTube videos I watch now! I shall have them before I watch a video. I think at this point I absolutely need to install an ad blocker, I don’t normally mind ads too much but this is getting out of hand.
