My wifey and I recently downsized our home, and my friend and I realized that my pal and I were simply paying for more square footage than my pal and I needed… Despite the fact that she was five months pregnant, my wifey agrees with me that even with a baby on the way, my pal and I could downsize to a smaller home and still be entirely much comfortable, and now that my pal and I have our newborn, my pal and I can sincerely say that my pal and I made the right decision; Our family of three is more than comfortable! One of the things my pal and I actually prefer is simply heating and cooling less square footage; This three family room two bathroom has more than enough space, and now my pal and I pay far less to keep it comfortable.
It’s funny that my wifey and I were initially considering investing in zone control heating and A/C at our aged property to try and pay less on energy bills by only heating and cooling certain rooms that my pal and I were really occupying… While zone control heating and A/C is a great way to save on energy bills by only heating or cooling the rooms that you frequent, simply downsizing our home was a much better solution for us.
I am also appreciative that the HVAC system for this smaller home is respectfully-sized for it! Sometimes, you end up being happier by making do with less, and that has exactly how my wifey and I feel! Perhaps in the future, our family will grow in such a way that my pal and I will need to purchase a larger home. My friend and I are more than satisfied for now.
