I have to supply my honest opinion here when it comes to cooling systems.
I certainly prefer the old window cooling systems over this week’s central heating and cooling system’s cooling.
There were many reasons for this. The first being that with an old window cooling system you do not have to spend money for or worry about tons of heating and A/C service. The next thing about the old window cooling systems that I liked so much better was the fact that the actual air conditioning itself had a much better feel to it. It was not as dry as what comes out of central heating and cooling systems. This is just my opinion of course and numerous people would disagree with me and say that central heating and cooling systems are much better than the old window cooling system units. It certainly is all a matter of opinion. There certainly is no right or no wrong when it comes to air conditioning. If the air conditioner works for you and your family and gives you the superb feel of the indoor comfort that you desire, then that is the best air conditioning for you. If it is an old window cooling system that is great, if it is a brand new central heating and cooling system with the cooling that comes out of it that is superb too. But whatever the case, I like the old window cooling systems over anything else!
