Heated floors are ideal

I think that the most advantageous style of heating system is radiant flooring.

Hydronic heated floors offer a wide range of unique benefits.

The system requires a boiler to heat up water and send it through a series of pipes. Because of few moving parts, oilers tend to be especially reliable and long-lasting. They require very little maintenance and make no operational sounds. Water heats up faster than air and retains heat longer, which provides exceptional energy efficiency. The closed loop system uses the same water over and over again, never drawing from the household water supply. It eliminates the risk of contaminants infiltrating the heating system and getting spread to the breathing air. Boilers are often recommended for anyone who suffers from allergies, asthma or respiratory sensitivities. The network of pipes is entirely hidden under the floors. There’s no heating equipment taking up space, detracting from the decor or hindering the placement of furniture. Rather than blown into the room and rising straight up the ceiling, the heat is infused into the air. It radiates across the entire surface of the floor from wall-to-wall. There are no cold spots or drafts. From floor to ceiling, the temperature is never further than three degrees from the thermostat setting. Plus, every object that touches the floor gets warmed up and further radiates heat. Radiant flooring provides an especially gentle and even comfort. It also accommodates the set up of zone control. Each room can be set to the ideal temperature without affecting the rest of the house. The only drawback of radiant heated floors is the lack of a central cooling option.
